- All returns MUST receive an RMA # from customer service prior to returning an item(s).
- Replacements will not be shipped until exchanged merchandise is received.
- RMA #'s are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.
- NO REFUND or EXCHANGES will be granted without an RMA #.
- We will not be responsible for any returns received without an RMA #.
- You must use a major carrier and provide us with the tracking #.
Please Note:
Return all products in like new condition with original packaging if applicable.
Engraved, Imprinted and Customized product is not returnable or refundable, except as described in 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Non-engraved and non-custom imprinted product in new and resalable condition may be returned for a full refund, less a restocking fee of up to 20% and all return shipping costs.
